Gavin Williamson, MP for South Staffordshire, visited South Staffordshire Golf Club. South Staffordshire Golf Club, often known as ‘South Staffs’, is an extensive golf course that was originally designed in 1908 by Harry Vardon. It is set in 160 acres and is maintained to an extremely high standard.
Gavin met with a number of constituents and then enjoyed a lunch with a mixture of members and guests. He also gave a speech.
Speaking about the event, Gavin said ‘’I really enjoyed my time at South Staffs. I was really pleased with how many people turned up and it was a pleasure to be able to spend time with my constituents at the lunch. I want to thank those that organised it for putting on such a lovely lunch’’.
