Gavin Williamson, Parliamentary Candidate for South Staffordshire, opened Providence Engraving in Wombourne last Friday
Gavin joined owners Andy and Alison Morgan and a host of guests to officially open the shop on Common Road.
Providence Engraving, named for its original base at Providence Cottages on Giggetty Lane, is a specialist engravers which employs modern up-to-date methods of engraving as well as traditional hand engraving. The business also offers medals and trophies for sports, presentation ceremonies and special events, as well as silverware valuations, a renovation service, brass plaques, pet tags and signage.
After cutting the ribbon, Gavin was presented with a silver cardholder inscribed with his name to mark the occasion.
Gavin said: “I was delighted to visit Providence Engraving in Wombourne last week and to formally open its impressive new retail premises. The shop offers a brilliant service to people in the village and far beyond and it was great to be present at the start of an exciting new chapter for the business.”
