Gavin Williamson, MP for South Staffordshire, attended the bi-annual event on Saturday.
Pattingham Scarecrow Festival is a three-day event held in the scenic village of Pattingham. Since 2011, the event has attracted thousands of visitors and displays over 150 scarecrows that have been created by local people.
Commenting on the day, Gavin said: "I really enjoyed attending the Pattingham Scarecrow Festival on Saturday. The scarecrows were fantastic and so much effort had gone into making them.
It was great to see that so many families got involved in the day and it was clearly a great success. I know that the money raised will have a highly positive impact on local projects that benefit the whole community".
