Gavin Williamson, MP for South Staffordshire met a business owner in Pattingham to discuss the importance of local retail to the local economy.
Last Friday, 27th of August, Gavin Williamson visited a local clothing shop in Pattingham and met with owner, Kenneth Clive, to discuss the needs and opportunities that local retail shops can bring to the local area.
Kenneth Clive said: “Meeting the MP for South Staffordshire was very interesting, a useful visit. I learned about his thoughts on helping local businesses. An enlightening visit”
Gavin said: “Talking to small business owners is incredibly informative. These are the people behind the businesses that form the backbone of our local economy. Now more than ever, we should shop local, support small businesses, and help the country build back better”.
