Gavin Williamson, MP for South Staffordshire, recently attended the event at St Benedict Biscop Church.
Wombourne Music Festival was first held in 2009 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. The show aims to showcase music talent within the community, as well as bringing talented musicians to Wombourne from across the UK.
Gavin attended the 'Josh and Friends' event which featured the shows Director of Music, Josh Xerri, and his friends from the Birmingham Conservatoire.
Commenting on the show, Gavin said: "I had such a great time at the Wombourne Music Festival. I am always so amazed by the talent within the local community as well as the effort and time the planning committee invest into organising the show.
I was really pleased to hear that the show's new Director of Music, Josh Xerri, has made a brilliant impact in his first year working with the festival. I look forward to attending again next year and I know that the show will continue to go from strength to strength".
