Gavin Williamson, MP for South Staffordshire, held a supermarket surgery in Wombourne, over the weekend.
Gavin hosted the session at Sainsbury’s on Saturday 11th January, from 11am to 12.30pm.
The supermarket surgery was an opportunity for shoppers to speak with Gavin about any concerns that they had, without needing to go through the hassle of booking a formal appointment.
On the event, Gavin said: “I always hold regular surgeries in village halls, but so often people don’t always know that you are there. I thought this would be a fantastic way to make it as easy as possible for people to raise their concerns.
"I received some great feedback from participants and will certainly look at holding more of these events in the future. I would also like to thank the staff of Sainsbury's, in Wombourne, who were extremely welcoming and accommodating on the day."
South Staffordshire residents can find out the details of any other upcoming surgeries in their area by visiting Gavin’s website at: www.gavinwilliamson.org/events.
