Gavin Williamson, MP for South Staffordshire, visited the Enville Summer Show at the Enville Cricket Ground, on Bank Holiday Monday
Visitors took advantage of a varied range of entertainment including a range of competition for dogs and their owners and a range of fun fair rides.
Gavin presented trophies to winners of a range of competitions for those who had grown local produce for the show.
One of the particular highlights was the large range of classic cars and military vehicles at the show.
Gavin said: “I had a wonderful time at the Enville Summer Show this year. Residents came from Stourbridge, Kinver and across the West Midlands to enjoy a fantastic day.
“I was so pleased to be asked to present prizes once again to those who won for their impressive entries in the local produce competition. It was great to see such a wide range of top quality produce entered into the competitions showing the confidence that we have in gardeners and farmers in our local area.
“As a huge fan of classic cars, so I particularly enjoyed viewing the impressive display. One of the best things about the Enville Show, is being able to meet with constituents and discuss any issues that they might have. It is great to be able to chat in a less formal environment and I was delighted to be able to talk to a large number of visitors on the day.”
