FREE HOME TO SCHOOL TRANSPORT FOR CHILDREN FROM PERTON ATTENDING CODSALL HIGH SCHOOL

Gavin Williamson MP will be joining local councillors to put pressure on the County Council to look at providing free home to school transport for children who live in Perton but attend Codsall High School.  Currently they have to walk to school along the busy A41 and there is only one crossing.  If you would like to support the campaign please do so by getting as many signatures on the petition at the bottom of this page.

KEEP A POLICE STATION IN WOMBOURNE

Recently it was announced that Wombourne Police Station is being considered for closure. Gavin believes that a Police Station is vitally important for everyone who lives in Wombourne and the surrounding area and he has called for the Government to take all possible steps to ensure that a police presence remains in Wombourne.  Recently he presented a petition signed by 1256 residents calling for a Police Station to be kept in Wombourne to Parliament. 

A NEW CEMETERY FOR CHESLYN HAY

The Parish Cemetery in Cheslyn Hay has run out of availiable plots for the future and residents are concerned for those who need a resting place in the future.  Gavin is fighting for a new cemetery to be opened in Cheslyn Hay.
